Alchemy will be having the face-to-face component of its AGM on 9th August in Burton on Trent.
Obviously we appreciate that there may be people interested who can’t make it on the day. So during the week before, we’ll be having a virtual component to the AGM in our OUSA forum here:
OU Alchemy is organising a visit to the Open University HQ in Milton Keynes on Saturday, 25th January 2014. We are planning to meet at 11.00am, have a tour of the campus and a visit to the Chemistry Department, where we are going to meet some members of staff. We intend to go into town for some food/coffee/drinks afterwards. If you would like to spend more time with us, we’re planning an overnight stay in a hotel close to the city centre. For Sunday, we’re looking at visiting Bletchley Park, the home of the WW2 codebreakers.
We’re organising a visit to the OU campus at Milton Keynes, having a tour of the Chemistry department and getting some people to talk to us. Are you interested?
